Full kitchen renovation

We redesigned the kitchen around a larger island, better storage, and a direct connection to the living room. Construction started in March 2024, with sink and fixture placement decisions continuing into July.

Main air-conditioning system

Morris-Jenkins installed a Comfortmaker 4-ton air conditioner, 5-ton evaporator coil, surge protection, and a third-generation Nest thermostat. The completion invoice includes 10-year installation, parts, and labor coverage.

EV charging

A licensed electrician installed a hardwired Ford Charge Station Pro for home EV charging.

Full roof replacement

The laminated-shingle roof was replaced after a hail claim. The written scope covered full tear-off, new felt, ridge caps, ridge ventilation, flashing, and related roof details.

Pool equipment and care

A new pool pump was installed and paid in August 2024. Professional service records document recurring maintenance from 2024 through 2026, including a calcium-scaling treatment.

Sun Tunnels

Sun Tunnels were added to bring daylight into the interior. The project correspondence and installation receipts date to 2021.

Boundary survey

Hucks & Associates completed a new survey after we purchased the property. It records 2.039 acres and maps the home, pool, pergola, dock, retaining wall, and shoreline.
